An Investment In You
Choosing counseling is more than just addressing a problem, it’s a commitment to your growth, healing, and future. Just like going to the gym strengthens your body, therapy strengthens your emotional and mental well-being. It’s an intentional step toward clarity, confidence, and lasting change. The time, energy, and resources you invest in yourself now can lead to healthier relationships, greater peace of mind, and a more fulfilling life ahead. You are worth that investment.
Special Note About Insurance
We currently accept Aetna insurance and also offer self-pay options, giving you more choice in how you receive care.
When using insurance, your plan generally requires a clinical diagnosis in order for services to be covered. We recognize that not every person seeking counseling identifies with having a mental health disorder—sometimes you may simply be navigating a difficult season, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, or a major life transition. We are especially thoughtful about diagnosis when working with children and adolescents.
Our goal is to make sure you understand your options. Whether you choose to use Aetna benefits or self-pay, we remain committed to providing care that is personalized, clinically appropriate, and guided by your individual needs.

Payment & Billing Details
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards, plus HSA/FSA cards. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate and will not face surprise billing due to our out-of-network status.
Under the No Surprise Billing Act, you have the right not to receive unexpected charges for mental health services, which are considered part of the medical model; because we are out of network and do not accept insurance, your plan will not cover services directly through us.
