An Investment In You
Choosing counseling is more than just addressing a problem, it’s a commitment to your growth, healing, and future. Just like going to the gym strengthens your body, therapy strengthens your emotional and mental well-being. It’s an intentional step toward clarity, confidence, and lasting change. The time, energy, and resources you invest in yourself now can lead to healthier relationships, greater peace of mind, and a more fulfilling life ahead. You are worth that investment.

Why We Don’t Accept Insurance
Using insurance requires a clinical diagnosis after just one session, even if someone is simply navigating a difficult season. We believe emotional pain doesn’t always mean mental illness. We are especially cautious about labeling children who’ve experienced trauma.
By staying out of network, we avoid insurance restrictions and focus on providing care that’s personalized, flexible, and guided by your needs, not by a diagnosis.

Payment & Billing Details
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards, plus HSA/FSA cards. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate and will not face surprise billing due to our out-of-network status.
Under the No Surprise Billing Act, you have the right not to receive unexpected charges for mental health services, which are considered part of the medical model; because we are out of network and do not accept insurance, your plan will not cover services directly through us. For employer, church, or agency partnerships, reduced-rate sessions may be available. Contact us for details.
